Plumber for Temecula Valley Wine Country

Big parcels, long pipe runs and weekend crowds.

The Temecula Valley American Viticultural Area was designated in 1984 and now holds close to 50 wineries along Rancho California Road, De Portola Road and the roads between them. Mixed in are custom estates on multi-acre parcels, many far from the street.

Plumbing out here means longer service lines, large irrigation and backflow assemblies, tasting room restrooms that see heavy weekend use, and on some parcels private wells and septic systems.

Plumbing work in Temecula Valley, Temecula area

What makes wine country plumbing different

A house on five acres can have several hundred feet of pipe between the meter and the front door. A leak in that line can run for weeks before it shows, especially in decomposed granite soil that drains fast. We find these with meter isolation, line tracing and acoustic equipment rather than digging test holes.

Wineries and event venues add commercial kitchens, glass-washing stations, many restrooms and large irrigation systems, often with reduced pressure backflow assemblies that need annual testing. Some parcels are on septic, which changes what can safely go down the drain and how drain problems are diagnosed.

Water service varies. Many properties are on Rancho California Water District, which also delivers agricultural water in the valley. Others rely on private wells, which need their own testing before choosing any treatment.

Hosting an event or harvest weekend? Book maintenance on a weekday and let us check restrooms, water heaters and backflow before the crowds arrive.

FAQ

Common questions

  1. 1

Do you service properties on private wells?

Yes. We work on well pressure tanks and house plumbing, and recommend water testing before treatment.

  2. 2

Can you test backflow assemblies at wineries?

Yes. We test, repair and file reports with the water district.

  3. 3

How do you find a leak in a very long service line?

By isolating sections, tracing the line and using acoustic equipment, so digging happens only where the leak is.
